Global Clinical Operations Manager
We are looking for a committed and extensively experienced Global Clinical Operations Manager who will play a central role in leading the clinical operations team as well as leading and optimizing our clinical trials globally. Further, you will need extensive experience both over-all but also hands-on with driving phase III clinical trials from a sponsor as well as from an CRO perspective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our studies are conducted efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Duties:
• Lead and coordinate global clinical trials from planning to completion.
• Develop and implement strategies for clinical operations to ensure high quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including CROs, research sites, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee budgets and resources for clinical projects.
• Ensure all activities comply with GCP, ICH guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and improve processes and workflows within clinical operations.
• Train and lead team members within clinical operations.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in life sciences, medicine or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research and project management in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are meritorious.
