Finance, HR, IT Administration Assistant

In this role at Cinclus Pharma, you will be part of a professional team at the headquarters in Stockholm and responsible for the Finance, HR, and IT administration within the Cinclus Pharma organization.

 

Responsibilities

You will coordinate the administration processes in close collaboration with other relevant functions within the company. You will report to the CFO. Your responsibilities include:

 

• Finance administration, such as accounts payable, payment, receipts accounting, general accounting, and closing activities

• Payroll, time, and travel report administration

• Administration of HR system

• IT administration cooperates with our outsourced IT partner and is on/off-boarding employees.

• Internal controls administration, management, and follow-up

• Administration of mailboxes for Finance, HR, IT

• SharePoint administrator

• Backup for office administration, such as purchases for the office, contract administration, and regular mail and joint e-mail box management

 

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with similar work tasks. You should also have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and of Microsoft Office and other Microsoft programs. You should also have easy to learn new skills and be able to work in accounting systems, ERP systems, and IT systems in general.

You are solution-oriented, flexible, and thorough. You have good initiative skills and are not afraid to try new things. You are structured and like to have many different tasks ongoing at the same time

You are used to and enjoy communication and collaboration both internally and externally with colleagues, authorities, and affiliates. You have an engaged, flexible, and focused way of working, with the ability to see both the big picture and the details. In addition, you handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
